Through the years of playing many sports, including track and field, I eat up been exposed to many different types of coach philosophies. Through these coaches and likewise by learning what is best as an athletic supporter, I take away developed my own teach philosophy. First, we must be aware(p) that a coaches philosophy greatly depends on who is being coached. There is a difference amongst fooling around and having fun in a class period while being productive. For example, instead of hardly letting the athletes ?go threw the motions? in the long jump, I would take a competitive, fun game by putting the athletes up against one another. I believe if practices are fun accordingly the athletes will elapse to work hard and not slip interest. As an athlete, I used to hate practices and drills that seemed unpro! ductive.
